The Kelton Portfolio presently comprises real estate rental property investments, and equity holdings in companies operating in the areas of:  ICT, telecommunications, office automation, tourism, and small works building services.

Kelton Properties is a wholly owned division of Kelton Investments Limited, and it owns and manages a portfolio of property investments across Fiji. The property portfolio contains a number of Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Hospitality, and Retail properties which are available for rental on long or short term lease basis. The division develops land for sale or as additions to its rental portfolio. Flagship properties include “Kelton House” (US Embassy), and the Suva Flea Market complex. Kelton is currently engaged in developing a number of new projects in the residential, commercial and hospitality space.
